Hello Twisted Creek neighbors,

My name is Jill Ricci, and I’m excited to announce my candidacy for President. With deep roots in community and nonprofit leadership, along with extensive professional experience, I believe I have the vision and dedication to help our neighborhood thrive.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving in a variety of volunteer leadership roles:

• I led my son’s Boy Scout troop as President and served as a regional representative, developing leadership and organizational skills.
• I contributed for 10 years to the PTA at local, regional, and state levels, helping steer programs and policies that positively impacted students and families.
• I played an active role in establishing the women's group at my church, fostering community, inclusivity, and connection.

Professionally, I bring 20 years of experience in the mortgage and title industry. In my most recent role as Director of Operations for a major title company, I managed multiple teams across different time zones, both onshore and offshore, and navigated complex and highly volatile challenges.

Together, these experiences have equipped me with strong leadership, governance, and problem-solving abilities, all of which I’m eager to leverage for Twisted Creek Ranch.

My name is Barry Huckabee. I have been in banking for over 18 years. I have sat on multiple loan committees and board committees in that time. I have seen how boards are ran and the compromise that goes into them for the better of all. As the Vice President I would like to help bring change and understanding to the POA. I want the owners that feel that they aren't being heard to have a voice. I want to make sure everyone that lives in the community feels they are being taken care of and not overlooked. With me as the Vice President things will get done
